3 reps of ground to overhead with barbell(Bodyweight)

6 Chest to bar Pull-Ups

9 Uneven Push-Ups with Slam Balls

Buy in: 3 - 400 meter sprints, rest in between sets will be 200 meter walk.

Buy out:  TBA
