February 4th WOD -Workout of the Day-

Team Workout!

Workout will be completed with two or more athletes working together to complete the prescribed reps.

Rules and standard for movements will be drilled before the workout.

50 Burpees

60 Dumbbell/Kettlebell Snatchs R/L

70 Push-Ups

80 Squats

90 AbMat Sit-Ups

100 Dumbbell/Kettlebell Swings

90 AbMat Sit-Ups

80 Squats

70 Push-Ups

60 Dumbbell/Kettlebell Snatchs R/L
