Valentine's Day Special

 

For time:

Box Jump*: 5 reps of 20"/24" - 5 reps of 24"/30" (height prescribed to athlete)

*50 reps total. complete 5 reps of one height before moving to next.

Rope Climb: 5 reps total - 15' accent. (subbed for Towel pull-ups or dips)

50 Kettle Bell Swings (weight prescribed to athlete)

50 Abmat Sit-ups

50 Renagade Rows 25L/25R  (weight prescribed to athlete)

800m Run

200m Broad Jumps

100m  Sprint
