Warm Up:

Jump Rope 1 min intervals of:

Singles, Running in Place

Left/Right Jumps, Doubles

“One More Rep”

1-Deadlift (BW)

1-Hand Stand Push Ups

Every minute on the minute increase 1 rep on the DL and 1 on the Hand Stand Push Ups. If you cannot

complete a round, go back 1 round and finish.
