10-Neck Rolls (left and right), 10-Hip Circles (left and right)

10-Knees circles (left and right), 10 Second Samson Stretch (left and right)

“30 is the new 20”

For time:

30- Deadlift (225/155)

200 Meter Run

30- Box Jump (30”/24”)

200 Meter Run

30-Hand Stand Push Ups
