Team WOD

20 minute AMRAP

10- steps front rack lunge

6-Thrusters (Dumbbell, Kettlebell, or Barbell teams choice)

10-Steps front rack lunge

Team of 2 for these WOD. Partners will alternate at the beginning of each minute. While partner A

performs an AMRAP in the minute partner B will rest. At the end of the minute Partner B will pick up

where A stopped. Total score will be the amount of rounds completed.
