Team WOD

“Team Karen with some change”

150- Wall ball shots

Then…

50-30-10

Kb swings

Barbell Push Press

(30 minute Cap)

The workout must be completed in teams of 2 with 1 person working at the time. The Wall Balls can be

broken up in any way. The ball cannot touch the ground for all 150 reps. Penalty = 5 burpee pull ups that

must be performed before continuing with the wall balls. No rest for the second part of the WOD. No Rx

weight. Load is determined by the team’s capacity.
