Dead lift

40% x5, 50% x5, 60% x5

Skills: Kettlebell Swings

1 off 1 on for 12 minutes

Perform 30 heavy kettle bell swings in 1 minute, then rest for 1 minute. If you don’t complete the 30

swings count it as a penalty. 1 penalty = 1 burpee

Rest 5 minutes then….

With Fran Rx weight perform as many reps as possible of Thruster for 2 minutes don’t set the bar down.
