AMRAP – 10 minutes

5 Push-up walk, KB Swings

While Partner 1 does 5 push-up walks, Partner 2 counts KB swings. As soon as Partner 1 is done, Partner 1 begins KB swings and continues counting where Partner 2 left off. Partner 2 begins 5 push-up walks.

AMRAP – 10 minutes

20 Dips, KB Push Press

While Partner 1 does 20 dips, Partner 2 counts KB Push Press.As soon as Partner 1 is done, Partner 1 begins KB Push Press and continues counting where Partner 2left off. Partner 2 begins 20 dips.
