3 Rounds

Wall-Balls  (20/15 lbs)

Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (75/55)

Box Jumps (20”/16”)

Push-Press (75/55)

Row (Calories)

Each round is five minutes with a one-minute break before repeating. The clock does not stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athlete(s)  must move to next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
