For Time:

150- Pull Ups

150- Push Ups

150- Sit Ups

150- Air Squats

This workout is for teams of 2 people. They must complete one exercise before moving to the next.  Reps are broken up in any way the partners want, but the CFP member must do 5 more reps than their guest.
