Team WOD

100-Push Press (75,55)

100-Double Unders/Jump rope (singles 3 times the amount)

100-Wall Balls (20,15)

1000-meters Run (5 Laps interlocking arms)

30-Man Makers (35,15)

Only one person working at a time and there can be no more than 10 reps between each teammate at any given time. While teammate A is working, teammate B must perform plank holds. You cannot start working until partner is performing plank holds.
