In teams of 2:

80- Box Jumps

400 Meter Relay:

While Partner A runs with weight for 200 meters, Partner B will be striking a tire with a sledge hammer. When Partner A returns, Partner B will run 200 meters with weight while Partner A strikes tire with a sledge hammer.

80- Sit-Ups

400 Meter Relay:

While Partner A runs with weight for 200 meters, Partner B will be striking a tire with a sledge hammer. When Partner A returns, Partner B will run 200 meters with weight while Partner A strikes tire with a sledge hammer.

80- Pull Ups

200 Meter Run with Partner
