15 Min. AMRAP

Push ups

Lunges (length of building)

Kettlebell Swings, 1.5 pood

This will be done in teams of 2. While one team member is doing pushups the other will do lunges. On return, that team member will tag the one doing pushups then he/she will do lunges. On return, that team member will tag the other and then do kettlebell swings and so on. The team with the most reps at the end wins!
