5 Minutes- Double Unders (Singles)

Rest 60 Seconds

4 Minutes- Box Jumps (20”/16”)

Rest 60 Seconds

3 Minutes-Power Snatch (75/45 lbs)

Rest 60 Seconds

2-Minutes- Wall Balls

Rest 60 Seconds

1-Minute- Push Ups (Hand release)

Score will be number of reps performed.
