“Tabata This”

Pull Ups

Sit Ups (stiff legged)

Push Ups (Hand Release)

Air Squats

20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. 8 rounds for each movement with 1 minute rest in

between.  Score is the lowest number of reps you perform in the 8 rounds for each movement.
