Skills: Kettlebell Swings, Squat Clinic

MetCon: Tabata Air Squats 8 rounds/4 minutes

20 sec of work/10 sec of rest

Squat starts at the bottom position. During rest, squats will be held at the bottom position.

Score will be total # of squat reps.
