5- Chest to bar Pull-ups

10- 10'  Wall ball shots (20 lbs)

15- Kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)

Beginner/Intermediate

5- Pull Ups

10- Wall Balls (15,10 lbs)

15- Kettlebells Swings  (35,25 lbs)
