5 Rounds

50 feet farmers carry (heavy bumper plates)

10-Pull Ups

5-Hand stand push ups

Rest 1 min between rounds

This is not a timed workout and the minute rest is required. Farmers carry must be performed with 2

bumper plates and must be pinch at the top (testing the grip strength). Pull ups are strict and handstands

can be kip.
