For Time:

10- KB Snatch (10 Each arm)

2- TKG

8-KB Snatch (8 Each arm)

2-TKG

6-KB Snatch (6 Each arm)

2-TKG

4-KB Snatch (4 Each arm)

2-TKG

2-KB Snatch (2 Each arm)

50-KB swings (Penalty for putting the KB down =3 burpees)

KB can’t be rested on the foot, thigh or hip. In order to avoid the burpees the swing must be unbroken.
