Complete 6 rounds:

1 minute - 15 KB Swings - 1.5 pood

1 minute -  Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls

*Alternate 1 minute bouts of KB Swings and max Sumo Deadlift High Pulls.

*You have 1 minute to complete 15 Kettle Bell Swings, the next minute max Sumo Deadlift High Pulls. Alternate this 6 times for a total of 12 minutes.
