"Torturing Ten"

10 Minute Max rep consisting of the following stations:

4 Minutes- Thrusters (95/65 lbs)

3 Minutes- Kettlebell Swings (1,1.5 pood)

2 Minutes-Muscle Ups Or Dips

1 Minute- Burpees

Athletes will move from one station to the next with 1 minute rest in between.
