50- Air Squats

7- Muscle Ups

10- Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

Buy Out: Death by Hand Stand Push Ups

On minute 1 perform 1 HSPU. Minute 2, 2 HSPU. Minute 3, 3 HSPU Continue until The Number of HSPU
